I am a daughter, sister, friend, Aunt, cousin. If I speak for my rights (Yes for my own psychological and mental needs and rights that religion allows me to ask for, and culture does not ) they call me insubordinate. If I shout and yell when nobody pays attention to my standpoint, they call me I am a rebellious and defiant. When I don’t say anything and keep my mouth as shut as I never learned to speak, they call me disobedient , obstinate, and stubborn.
My million dollar question is …. What should a girl do? Should she born as a dumb, tacit, speechless, needless, desire less? ROBOT ? why people ask for daughters when they do not know how to handle them? When they don’t have any clue of their physical, psychological, social, moral, mental and spiritual needs WHY? and what should a girl do when nobody seems to understand her not in a polite wa not in a yelling manner not in protesting way not by any any way ?
Hey wax, easy there girl, i know how u feel, been there, but only you can change it for yourself and for others around you, the million dollar answer is that a lot of ppl in asian culture don't want daughters, so they don't know how to treat them, the ppl who want daughters always treat them like princesses, so chill, its gonna take some time for the culture to change:hehe"

but I don't know how to make my point :( they don't seem to understand when I am polite the don't listen when i am yelling they don't care if I am crying hard and there is no way I can agree on what they want me to do.

it's life. just deal. scream for 15 minutes in an empty room. so therapeutic.
chocolate ice cream and lots of shopping will do the trick for u
