The Quran has many predictions that have been proven by science. I will attempt to show through the use of the Quran scriptures, that predictions in these areas have come to pass. I will talk about science, nature, and the human body.
For example, only the Quran claims that the universe was created by a nebula, or a cloud composed of dust and gases, or smoke. Allah Almighty said**: “Then He turned to the heaven when it was smoke…(The Noble Quran, 41:11)”**
The Quran said: “ He has only forbidden you carrion, blood and pork and what has been consecrated to other than Allah. But anyone who is forced to eat-without desiring it or going excess in it-commits no crime. Allah is ever-forgiving, most merciful.”(Quran 2:173) Eating pork is haram- but recently discovered by science-pork is very harmful to health in many regards. First of all, no matter how clean the farms and the environment in which the pig was raised, the pig cannot be safe because it is not by nature a clean living animal. It plays in, and even eats its own excrement. Because of this and its biological structure, the pig produces much higher levels of antibodies in its body than other animals. In addition, far higher levels of growth hormone are produced in the pig compared to those other animals and human beings. Pork also has very high amounts of cholesterol and lipids. It has been scientifically proven that these high amounts of antibodies, hormones, cholesterol, and lipids are a SERIOUS threat to human health .
The Quran said: **Yes, We are able to put together in perfect order the very tips of his fingers. (Qur’an, 75:4) **The emphasis on fingerprints has a very special meaning. This is because everyone’s finger print has a unique- no two are the same. Finger prints attain their final shape before birth and remain the same shape for a lifetime, unless a permanent scar appears. That is why fingerprints are accepted as a very important proof of identity. However, what is important is that this feature of fingerprints was only discovered in the late 19th century. Before then, people always thought fingerprints as ordinary curves, without in specific meaning or importance. However in the Quran, Allah points to the fingertips, which did not attract anyone’s attention at that time. This importance has been fully understood today.
