Re: “I was tortured, forced to drink my urine…” - Kashmiri Prisoner in Delhi Jail
You dont make any sense. Are you trying to say that this treatement was inflicted on him for the crime he mite or mite not have done but not because of his religion?. If thats what you are trying to say than you really need some help dude. Even if he is not innocent how can they abuse his religion? Why would they have him live with a pig? Now dont tell me that has nothnig to do with religion :halo:.
Here too in many cases the police is unfair in their treatment with the prisoners/accused ones but i have yet to see a case like this where somebody was absued for the religion they practised.
Re: "I was tortured, forced to drink my urine..." - Kashmiri Prisoner in Delhi Jail
I'm glad you recognize Kashmir as a separate country.
Hello Janab Ali,
As you know Kashmir is not a separate country, whether you go by your Pakistani map or by India map. I don't know how long you will be carrying on this charade of hiding your Pakistani identity but it is not fooling anybody.
Onto impersonal matters, you should be apologizing for posting the baseless account from www.gk.com which in light of the reports I have quoted, stand totally demolished. Unless you support terrorists such as Rafique who bombed and killed innocent people including children
Re: “I was tortured, forced to drink my urine…” - Kashmiri Prisoner in Delhi Jail
Thank you doctor for your diagnose. I will get help.
To me religion is second, not first. Take out religion from the equation and think on the basis of human values. U still didn’t answered the question if only muslims are put through this.
Re: "I was tortured, forced to drink my urine..." - Kashmiri Prisoner in Delhi Jail
In what kind of a twisted, morally bankrupt, cesspool of a country is raping illegally detained prisoners considered "justice"?
Nor is he a special case...there are 16,000 other Kashmiris rotting in Indian prisons under similar circumstances.
I'm glad you recognize Kashmir as a separate country.
Oh come on dont twist words. I said such things happen in such big countries. may be 1 to 2% or so. No dont give me this crap about morality son. Propaganda, propaganda.. thats what you always comes up and with your strange numbers with more propaganda thrown in.
Re: “I was tortured, forced to drink my urine…” - Kashmiri Prisoner in Delhi Jail
I could care less about what India and Pakistan have to say about it.
You’re starting to sound like a petulant child.
Ah…your one sided Indian source “demolishes” my Kashmiri source, despite the fact that my source even quotes Indian sources that corroborate its story. Whatever…it’s stupid to expect any humanity towards Kashmiris from Indians.
Who’s twisting words? You said that justice was being served, and that it should be given a chance. Apparently in your world, that involves raping & torturing suspects.

I didnt say justice was served. I said justice should b given a chance. You have heard one side of the argument and refuse to hear the other. Is that the way law works. You are talking about a suspect who killed 60 people. Where is justice for them. Some nut crack terrorist plants some bombs. One of that crack head of is a successful IT guy working in an MNC in Delhi. And if this guy had contact with our hero then he is a credible suspect. If he is brainwashed to kill 60 or more then all this intimidating tactics is legitimate to get to the truth. But if he is innocent then it would be indeed very sad that he had to go through all this. Hope Govt. compensate adequately and rehabilitate him if proven not guilty.

Hello Janab Ali,
I notice that you still have not expressed any remorse for basing a thread with a serious accusation on a one-sided account published in a proven biased outlet. I have provided you with ample details of the case as well as direct references to evidence. Unfortunately you seem to avoid objectivity - what more can be done!
Regards
Pundit Vikram
I could care less about what India and Pakistan have to say about it.
In that case you are simply establishing yourself as a bitter and biased maverick that is simply trolling for attention saying objectionable and hurtful things about others. What else can we say if you wouldn't change recant your accusation even after solid evidence to the contrary is provided to you!
Ah...your one sided Indian source "demolishes" my Kashmiri source, despite the fact that my source even quotes Indian sources that corroborate its story. Whatever...it's stupid to expect any humanity towards Kashmiris from Indians.
What corroboration Mr.Janab Ali? Your entire case was based on Rafique being in Srinagar when tha blast occurred. And that was very easily dismissed by the fact that time-delay devices had been used.
In addition to that I have shown you actual phone numbers and IMEI numbers that he used and how he was caught.

Really? I don't see anything in your Rediff article about how the accused wasn't raped and tortured in prison. Or is that not even an issue for you, as its just what passes for acceptable police protocol in your country?
You dismiss any Kashmiri newspaper as biased and one-sided, and yet you want me to take Rediff's account at face value, despite the fact that it's notorious for its anti-Muslim slant. According to your Rediff link, the government's entire case against the accused is based on the fact that he had phone contact with Tariq Daq (wow, what an open and shut case)...and then your article goes on lie and state that narco-analysis corroborated his involvement...a claim that a dozen articles from the Times of India and other Indian newspapers will easily demolish.
Funny how 2.5 years later, despite having such "so much" evidence, the case has yet to go to trial. Perhaps your government is waiting till the guards at Tihar have raped confessions out of all of the accused before they're presented to a kangaroo court for trial.

I'm probably wasting my breath, as this seems to be well beyond the comprehension of most Indians, but Kashmiris have very little interest in being part of either India or Pakistan. Call us whatever names you want, the fact remains that neither country has provided us with any compelling reason to trust them.
Re: "I was tortured, forced to drink my urine..." - Kashmiri Prisoner in Delhi Jail
Janab: I am surprised that you claim to represent most Kashmiris????!!! Who has given you that right? - were you voted as a spokesperson or elected? or are you another self proclaimed 'dictator'..
Even in Pakistan, the Mullas/Extremists used to claim many things - before they were kicked out in the recent elections. So much for your tall claims........
Re: “I was tortured, forced to drink my urine…” - Kashmiri Prisoner in Delhi Jail
A thousand Indians whose only exposure to Kashmir consists of owning a shawl and knowing the lyrics to “bumbro” can say a thousand things on Kashmir (backing Indian imperialism, of course), and that’s completely fine with you.
But the second an actual Kashmiri opens her mouth, you demand to know what right she has to speak. Hillarious.
Re: "I was tortured, forced to drink my urine..." - Kashmiri Prisoner in Delhi Jail
Aslkm....friends let me tell you that we indians are not animals like cops of guantanamo bay or as you people think of us...firstly i dont believe this article....Allah knows the best...but if it is true it is inhuman on part of any govt weather its of india of pakistan.Every home has a black sheep. Even there may be such cruel inhuman people in urs aswell as our country. Please dont divide people based on their nation. No doubt i love my country very much but still for me religion comes first then my country. If its true that my muslim kashmiri brother has gone through this torture may Allah punish those officers .
Re: "I was tortured, forced to drink my urine..." - Kashmiri Prisoner in Delhi Jail
Hello all,
This thread was started by janab Ali thinking he has a case against India - unfortunately he did not do his research and has made some wild accusations based on total lack of knowledge about the sace.
I did not know anything about this case either but when I did some googling it became clear that Janab Ali was simply using some really inaccurate report on www.gk.con but the link I posted clearly show how and why Rafique was involved.
Once the facts were exposed here, I have given him a chance to apologize and express remorse for making such allegations but instead he has simply chosen to troll around without admitting the mistakes.
It is human to err but when you find out that you have made a mistake, not apologizing shows a real lack of character.
Re: "I was tortured, forced to drink my urine..." - Kashmiri Prisoner in Delhi Jail
Pundit apparently prefers personally attacking me over actually responding to issues I've already brought up with his "source" (including at least one outright lie). I'll post it here again...

Also, for the last time, I'm not a man...so stop referring to me as such.
Re: "I was tortured, forced to drink my urine..." - Kashmiri Prisoner in Delhi Jail
You are for sure trying your best to stir religious passions - by talking about pigs touching prisoners etc - are you insane!! There are several muslims working in prisons, army, police etc.
In Kashmir tourism is up, the skiiing season shows more visitors than ever before, the pakistani 'infiltrators' are being hunted down and even the Pakistani government has realised the errors of its ways.
You are no female, you are no Kashmiri, you are just an 'extremist person' trying to stir religious hate & passions on a dying cause.
