I don’t want to change topic of the discussion, but here is my question.

Isn’t there diff between people who are born gay vs people who were/are practicing homosexuality out of lust? Btw, statistically speaking 5% of any species (human, animals, birds, etc) are homosexual by design (ie DNA). How do you explain that?

WE know that Allah (swt) never does injustice. HE wouldn’t punish people without a complete justification. If there was a possibility of even 1% such natural cases (by design) then it would have been mentioned either in Quran or in Hadith and they would have been exempted of punishment. Allah (swt) doesn’t punish people for the things that they have no control over. When HE says that it is a sin, than it means that it is controlable and hence no excuse for it is acceptable. Don’t worry about science, it keep on altering its views from time to time, but ALLAH DOESN’T !
