I acted rude, to a pakistani man. Because he talked crape about Pakistan.

Now I am feeling bad. He was with his family.

first off, he could not be talking crepe' about Pakistan. :>
crepe' could be a cloth or a delicatessen.

what you could do, is when now encounter this person, try to indicate your genuine sorry.
explain what irritated you and why you felt that you should defend Pakistan.

if it was a futile argument twisted into egotistic vengeance, both sides need to admit to this folly. & then share your wish to be polite to the person, always going forward.
