The reason I am a fan is because they’re are simply hillarious. Pakistan has the BEST EVER punjabi comedy on the planet!
The reason I’m a lil bit put off is because of the behayai in punjabi stage shows these days. When we went to Pakistan last year, I wanted to buy some dvds of punjabi stage shows and my maamu didn’t let me! I was like huh?? Why??? (I didn’t question my maamu directly, I was just surprised he won’t let me buy comedy dvds)
One day I got to go to the music store to buy some cds for my sister’s wedding and there I saw some punjabi stage shows dvds… I asked the owner if they’d be suitable for viewing in families and he said “Jis dramay mein Sohai Ahmad hoga, wo family wala hoga, but not others”
And thats true I think… Sohail Ahmad is awesome, my favourite punjabi stage show by him is Kuch na Kaho

I used to love this stuff also, but nowadays it has gotten so DIRRRTY and they even have “Mujras” in it. Meh can’t be bothered to watch the recent Stage Shows anymore.
Urm, Iftikhar Thakur has been in the Business for a looong time. I think even longer than Naseem Vicky and Tariq Teddi. So don’t think Rabba Ishq na howe was his debut.
