My arms and the area behind my neck give me a broad fat look. The shaft (shoulder to elbow) of my arm is fattening infinitely. My arm below the elbow is fine in fact thin but the shoulder - elbow area has such ugly fat. I want to get rid of it because it makes me look fat and broad.
–Please suggest exercises for arms and neck area or any diet to fix this.–
