I remember when I was pregnant with my first child, I was 19 and I wanted twins too because then I’d only be pregnant once and be done with it. However, my daughter made me happy when she was born. Two years later I had my son. They looked so much alike, that when my son became a toddler people often thought they really were twins.
Yesterday at work however, a Turkish female told me that she had a difficult time with her twins. She has two lovely daughters and she loves them, but they are exhausting. It’s a lot of work to have twins and she had to do most of the work by herself. Her children are 6 now and she says she still is tired. I often heard people say that, but most parents told me that when they get some help and once the twins get a little older, it’s less tiresome. Each situation is different.
