Your diagnosis:
The reason why you opened up this thread is to get people to think about you working out why you would want to dance in a library, smelling flowers.
This stems from your desire to observe others in how they think and respond to your "wild goose chase of a question" ...
And the reason why you would want this is to either cater for some momentary bordem - i.e. trolling or genuinely see who will attempt to answer the question so you can refute them in order to sustain a bit of attention.
