My advice, pick a good collection of illustrated books for kids in English and translate them (or maybe re-write the story in urdu using same illustrations) and have your hubby or someone check that out ..
That will be a good start and will give you thought process that is needed

Hareem, once you have a draft, you need to contact a publisher, rather several publishers and sign a contract. Start now. It takes a while.

as I already noted risk management may only be limited to understanding some risks or even an understanding that there are potential risks of varying degree that you don't even know about
