I want to lose weight

Salam every1,
I want to lose weight…my height is 5.4ft and my weight is 77kg :frowning:

I’ve changed my diet which is

Early in hte morning : lukewarm water + half lemon (one glass)
Breakfast: 1 egg white with one roti (wheat flour) + tea with sucral

Greentea then one carrot or cucumber

lunch: 1roti with 2 pieces of chiken chest with 2 to 3 drop of canola seaosn oil

Tea with sucral

Dinner: Salad of white lobya (Beans) + carrots + cucumber + Beets

Greentea

and no time for workout hardly get time…poora ghar ka kaam like daily cleaning dust,poocha, breakfast lunch and dinner for my family and for me as well…washing clothes on weekend and many more work

Yes .......do i need something else to do???bcoz process of weight loss is preety slow with it....1 to 2 kg max in 15 to 20 days

Please don't drink lemon water daily. It is dangerous and later in your life you will feel pain in joints. one glass in a week is enough. Too much consumption of lemon water causes arthritis.

I've read grewn tea has to be consumed about 7 times a day to lose weight. Decaf will work too. You can try increasing intake of green tea.

i wanted to know some more eating plan healthy eating plan...i'm bored with the same eating breakfat...same lunch...same dinner everyday again and again

First things first, housework burns calories too. Just a quick googling shows that you’re burning at least 100 calories per activity (Calories Burned by Exercise, Walking, Etc. (CalorieLab) - put in your weight and then select home activities). But, since you’re clinically overweight, very close to going clinically obese, you need to add exercise to your daily routine. Do not make an excuse for not being able to fit in exercise. All you need it at least 30-35 minutes of cardio work out every day, and then build from there. Cardio includes just simply walking really fast. It doesn’t have to be running furiously on the treadmill or doing the bike really fast. Make time. You don’t have to cook every day, or dust the house every day, or wash the toilets every day. These things can be done every other day, or three times a week, or twice a week. But make time for exercise. There are TONS of resources online for working out at home, using stuff around the house. Just google for it and things will come up.

Now, coming to your food. What you have right now, you will get bored of it SO quickly. Humans are omnivores, and we need variety in our food. First, download this app: Calorie Counter - MyFitnessPal. Use this app to put in all your foods you’re eating. Keep your caloric intake around 1200 per day. You can also use this app to track your activities during the day, so you know how many calories you’re taking in, and how many you’re burning. Second, you can eat everything your family’s eating too, but make your portion sizes small. Instead of eating a full roti, eat half a roti. Instead of eating 1 big scoop of rice, eat half a scoop of rice. Eat tons of raw vegetables to make up space for a full plate, like salads etc. Keep adding everything into your app. Third, google is your best friend. Just put in google search “1200 calories menu”, and soooooooooooooo many options come up (eg: 1200 Calorie Diet Menu - 7 Day Lose 20 Pounds Weight Loss Meal Plan ) You can always change things around to suit your mood and what’s available in your region. Don’t eat the same things over and over again, because then your body will even start to store whatever you eat same thing every day as fat, which just defeats the purpose of eating better.

So main things: exercise, MyFitnessPal App, smaller portions, and variety in food.

So your problem is not having variety to eat.
find interesting stuff, recipes etc... which still are low calories.

What? Can you provide any evidence that lmon juice leads to joint pain?

Also - housework is plenty of exercise.

Main problem is lying to yourself. Is what you think you eat really what you eat. Do you sometimes sneak a chocolate.

To be honest 2kg every 20days is really good.

when you do anything you workout because you burn calories ,but i founded this tips about quick diet ,read it hope will help you .:wink:

You need to do some cardio too. Even 15 mins/ 30 mins of cardio everyday will help. You can break the cardio down to 10 min slots throughout the day etc.
