I want to gain the lost weight

In last 6-8 weeks I have lost about good 6-7 kgs weight, I was happy with my weight before , but now I am going to skinny side. it was 65-68 range since about last 8 years and today scale nearing to 60-61.

wieght loss was my hectic trip to Pakistan, some stress, not eating properly i guess. and being un well for couple of weeks on and off.

Now I have embark on gaining weight though not using junk food still, I eat healthy stuff mostly.

any tips??

no man dont ever eat rite before goin to bed, cuz if you eat food, and go to sleep, most of your body shuts down, and it can cause food poisoning. anywayss

1-2 hrs before goin to bed, drink a glass of milk, and work out if possible that will inc your weight too.

thanks for the tips, I start my day with strwberry or banana milk shake and also in evening.

about eat right before sleeping doesnt fall in my habbit cause I stay awake atleast 3 hours or more after eating. though i continue to take fluids.

Yeah eat eat eat if you want to gain weight and become MOTI!!!

Just because she wants to gain weight doesn't mean she can go buck wild on any type of food. There is also the healthy way to gain weight by eating right and working out so that you dont affect your health negatively.

ps :... why dont u eat and work out?... i've tried it myself and it incresed my weight a bit.. and yea.. a try a lotta dairy products.. yogurt, 3% milk, lassi, milk shake...etc... always try to keep ur belly more than half full all the time if not completely full..!

eating lots of sweet foods will make you gain weight the fastest…so have lots of carbohydrates…

think about it in the opposite…when people are told to lose weight they are told to eat LESS sweet stuff.

if you want to gain weight, eat more sweet stuff. and at the same time have lots of fun :bummer:…If only i was in ur situation:naraz:

right now im at the ideal weight…i dont need to lose or gain any…but if only I had to gain some weight…id be so much fun :naraz:

i have started eating eggs now . which i never did before in life . take iron in ure diet regularly like in apples , spinach etc.

sad end to this weight gain story, I am diagnosed with diabetes :( that was the reason of my weightloss. learning to live with this new shock.

you know so many people in the world have diabetes but are unaware of it. 1.5 million in UK dont know they have diabetes. dont worry about it :) -you can still eat sweet things in moderation. everything happens for the best :)
do u have to inject the insulin or is it not that bad? (type 1 or type 2?)

^^ Impl I will not miss eating sweet, cause I dont eat anyway, I dont eat junk or oily food, i wasnt over weight. last check was in januray this year which was fine. I thinks its inherited thing from parents, but its bit too early.
at the moment I am not on insulin, but tablets if my body respond to this well then will be on these otherwise have to go on insulin I think. doctors guess is its type 2 at the moment though.
