Any ideas on what to cook? Do you people have any beef favs? My fav is Beef Plaau, turns out excellent and finger licking, but I had rice today, so dont want to cook rice tomorrow again. some salan might do.

Lasagna!!!!!! Or spagheti or ziti. (if it's ground beef)
Or...how about cutting the beef in smaller/thinner strips...and making stir-fry with mixed veggies such as broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, etc.

Oooh right about now I would make a beef stew.....weather is calling for something warm and comforting.

^LOL, I was just going to post that idea. My parents (especially dad) makes this yummy, rich beef stew...with mixed vegetables. I don't have the recipe, but it's an option.

beef stew that is! an aunt used to make yummilicious one. Dont have the recipe though 
maybe sara can tell us a tested recipe for beef stew
