You have any experience working in a women's shelter? Try something locally first.
Also, you can always help financially or by giving your time to the ones already established in Pakistan. Help them grow.

a home for Pakistani women who have suffer/suffered domestic abuse not just from husbands but MIL's too.
tht’s a great cause masha’Allah, why not first start working with one tht’s already established…tht way u’ll get the experience and knowledge u need to open yr own…
oh and MIL’s can be F-ing annoying, i guess we should all propose to 'em scientists to declare MILs as a totally different species:hmmm:
and do remember children and men as well…these days men(and children) suffer abuse just as much if not more as women:@:

if u r in Pak then u can join non-profit NGOs welfare socities to open a camp 4 this purpose :)
