At least Pakistan’s money is being spent in Pakistan and not Switzerland. Even if the project is not financially feasible, it has provided a little boost to the economy anyways.

This one is a bit better than the idiotic schemes or distributing laptops and money to people. At least we have some job generation and business opportunities associated with it.

Not much. People will invest only after seeing the success and usability of it.
