I am a citizen of Pakistan. There is this one particular issue that i feel very strongly about. It is the issue of fake hakeems/doctors etc.
I want the Federal/Provincial government to pass a law including details as to the prosecution and punishment of these culprits.
I want to know, how do i go about it? To find out if there is already any law on this, and if not, who should I approach and how to get my message across so that it happens?

Approach your local MNA. Talk to him and convince him to bring it up in the NA.....and then hope that enough MNAs care about it to turn it into a law.
(At least this is the text book method of how a citizen can go about it. Good luck getting in touch with your local MNA though. Asad Umar is the only MNA I have seen to date who even accepts dinner invitations from his constituents on twitter, and makes good on it!)
