i have been eating biotin for almost 8months now ..i noticed a big difference when i used to pair it with oil massage (combination of olive,coconut,kalonji,dhanya and amla oil) … when i stopped using these oils my hair used to look less healthy … nothing works alone even if you have to lose weight you’ll have to do excercise and potion control ..
if you want to speed up your hair growth .. eat biotin, *omega 3,6,9 along with oil massage and healthy diet

^ I second this! Bioton along with Silica has truly saved my hair. Massage mixture of coconut oil and almond oil on your scalp and let it stay overnight or for 4-6 hours. Also, increase protein portion of your diet.

You can also take folic acid and fish oil supplements which help in overall health and condition of hair.

Biotin (vitamin B7) is pretty good for hair growth…you can buy the tablets at Holland & Barratts

so what should be the dosage of the Biotin tablets 1000mg ???

And did anyone experience skin breakouts ???
