To be honest, I think it depends on your own hair and hormones too. My hair grows really fast and I don’t do anything extraordinary.

I would get it trimmed regularly, eat well and take Vitamins and minerals.

Trimming accelerates growth, so do vitamins. That is the extraordinary part u do:p
