okay folks i have been away from the fashion scene for a while. Since i’m back in the flow i feel that i need a complete change of looks. i feel like dying my hair into violet brown (somewat reddish). but i need a lil info bout the colours whic are in n out. also i wud like to know dat does it damage ur hair. does red hair go with fair complexion ???

Don’t try doing it yourself. Go to a GOOD and professional hairdresser. I have red hair with honey coloured highlights.
well, I've always thought that dyed hair looks dyed. 2 days after you dye it you can already see the roots coming in a different color. There is nothing better than natural color - the only dyes I would use is when I someday need to cover up the gray!
I think guys feel pretty much the same about this, liking more natural looks than dyed bleached etc etc. You really need to be careful with the reds too because they can come out with purple or really crimson red tints which will make you look like a punk rocker!
I envy your guts, I wish I had the courage to get something so dramatic. The furthest I’ve ever gone is back in uni, I have the underneath section of my hair dyed deep blonde and the rest with chocolate and caramel lowlights in places, but you could only see the blond in flashes here and there. I have such boring hair now.

Shahreen Baji, that's the thing, Mehnaz's hair does not look dramatic at all- it actually looks quite natural and compliments her complexion much better than black hair would - in short, her hair is coloured in a way that actually looks very natural.
I'm assuming, of course, that Mehnaz's hair is the same colour that it was at the UK all-star guppy meet.
the funny thing is when girls claim its natural.. I mean dark ass lil thing from multaan with her roots showing insists that her light brown hair colour is "ney-chu-raal" is just too much. I met one of those..sigh

i wanted to get blue highlights bcos my hair were so goddam dark, i ended up with something next to purple, it looked good though :)
I used to hav this copper wash away mousse(?) from o’riel .. looked good in streaks .. sigh i wish i could die my hair deep crimson .. too bad it wont match my complexion

I've had blonde highlights, and red tints. out of the two I liked the first better, although the second was more natural. I like dramatic hair, suits me. But every other paki has red and blonde hair, this time I'm looking more to short with purple. We'll see, its tres boring of late.
