cut vegetable (green onion, shimla mirch, gajjar, band gobhi in cubes), fry them in little oil, add soya sauce 1- 1 and half table spoon, Chinese salt, black pepper, and mix them properly add boil chicken pieces small pieces (boil chicken cubes in water adding black pepper and salt) fry separately one or two eggs in little oil. boil rice, drain rice water and put above masala first in your pot first them spread rice over the masala and then spread egg over the rice. and cover them and cook for 5 to 10 mins on low heat.. and ready to eat..i just cooked yesterday with curry…

Here’s an easy one:

Thinly slice one green capsicum
Shred five to six carrots
half bowl of frozen corn
half bowl of frozen peas
three sprigs of spring onion chopped fine
Half a cup of cabbage shredded fine
Mushrooms if you want.

Now , in a pan, pour half tsp oil each time , and , stir fry each of the above veggies one by one for a minute only.
Now in a pan, add one tsp oil, add in three tablespoons full of soya sauce, half tsp fish sauce or oyster sauce, one tablespoon vinegar, three tablespoons ketchup, Three tablespoons chinese chilli sauce, half tsp whole chilli flakes , give it 30 seconds heat and then mix the vegetables in it, give it a minute or two and then add half tsp mixed herbs and keep this aside.

Now , take some preboiled rice that has been refrigerated for a few hours. little by little , roast them or stir fry them in half tsp oil and mix them in the vegie mix.

give it dum for 15 minutes and the rice are ready to be enjoyed !
