As’salamuAlaikum sisters,
I’ve been married from last year oct, and I couldn’t conceived until now. I went through checkups and all tests, my husband also had his semen analysis and both of us’ reports are normal.. only I have retroverted uterus/ovary, which a dr. said is the problem. I can’t conceive with the normal intercourse position, I have to bend like we do in Sajda of Salaah, and then try from the back. I tried doing this a few times but my husband and I become just too uncomfortable with that.
Dr. Raffat Bano of Aga khan hospital didn’t say that there’s anything wrong with my retroverted uterus, but another (gali ki dr. said that - I mean a small clinic waali dr.) Dr. Raffat said its all normal, and my husband’s “rapid linear progression/motility” is 13% which should be more than 25% and that’s the problem. Then my husband went to a male gynaecologist Dr. Raziuddin at aga khan and he said everything is normal, didn’t give any medicine and asked him to wait patiently.
Dr. Raffat suggested me the course of clomid last month, which I did. before that I was given NO medicines for pregnancy..
Please suggest.
I would highly appreciate my sisters’ concern.
