Does your university allow you to switch dorms? If so, see if you can find a single-sex dorm and switch.

Before you go in there ask at the door anybody in there if you hear a male voice answering as a yes . Wait till he gets out. Then cordon off the site with crime scene yellow tape and reserve it just for yourself . Don't forget to take the tape off when you leave.
If it is too much work then ask to be transfered to exclusive dorm as every campus has those. And it is a time when some souls have decided that college is not for them and they have moved out already.
