hey i need help coz my mum wnts me 2 marry her cuzin n my dad doesn’t. n my dad sed dt he’s gna split up wid ma mum coz she’s bieng very stubborn. whos side shud i be on. shud i liv wid ma dad or liv wid my mum n den marry her cuzin.. ??? n plus i reall ylyk a noda guy am nt sure if my family will approve of him.. sum1 help me plzzzz

Id first like to offer my sympathies...that is a horrible situation that you face...
This is a situation between your parents...try and help them work it out...but be adamant about the fact that you dont want to get married to your cousin...dont allow yourself to be made to feel guilty for not getting married...whatever your mum says dont allow yourself to be blackmailed...
When she see that your adamant and your dad is adamant then hopefully your mum will drop it...Your lucky enough to have your dad in your corner...
And as for the boy you like...deal with one problem at a time...

I have been in this situation, my mum wanted me to marry to one my cousin. My dad was kind of neutral and was with me. I decided not to, cause I guessed at that time that we were both different persons, though she loved me and wanted to get married with me, my mum, my sisters, and my khala, mamo, all of them wanted it. I didnt agree to that.
that cousin family doesnt speak to us anymore, mum was angry at first and may she still is to some extent. but later things proved that she wasnt the right girl for me or the family.
So dont get emotionaly blackmailed. and also dont get carried away with other one. most of the time people from out of the family look more attractive cause we dont know them and their family very well as we know the immidiate family. keep that in mind too.
