In my experience kids driving around blasting out their eardrums with rap is not unique to any racially defined group.....but can be attributed to class...
This class of people in my neighborhood are known as "teenagers....."
Ok...on topic of medicare and foodstamps...
I have to admit that on ocassion at the grocery when in line behind people........ buying steaks, seafood, expensive cereals, expensive frozen and deli food items that I cannot afford .... wearing the most expensive and fashionable running shoes and solid gold jewelery... paying for groceries with foodstamps ...
to put it mildly...if I said that ^ didn't get my goat on ocassion...I'd be lying.
But I could not rightly claim that ^ senario is limited to any one select group of people.
In fact...a racially bigoted remark could easily be made by stating that majority of all E.R. Doctors practising medicine in my city are Asian.
