well i started gym to gain some weight n build some lean muscles…but the prob is that i gained only a few pounds n now its just like stopped i also eat everything…can anybody tell me why..should i increase my protein intake or what???

lift more. use most of your time to target the bigger muscles rather than the small ones (yeh stop doing so many bicep curls). primary focus on quads, glutes, lower back, abs, pecs. rest is optional.

no no i dont do dat much bicep curls.......i only do squats (quads ,glutes) once per week is it ok ??

squats really give you the max muscle-mass gain for effort. you should do them at least twice a week.

increase your protein intake, lift heavy, with less reps but proper technique. Give enough rest to your muscles before targeting them again. Last but surely not the least, have patience. Let 'em grow naturally.
You've hit a fatigue pradigm. It happens when we follow the same workout and diet routine for more than 6 months. You need to do the following :
Diet :
1. Increase your carb intake and maintain the same protein intake.
2. Take a couple on bananas 20 mins before workout.
3. Take rice atleast once in 3 days.
4. Take warm milk half an hour before going to bed.
5. Take heavy breakfasts.
Workout :
1. Change your schedule now.
2. Have atleast 2 days off in a week.
3. Better to exersice in the evening.
4. Practice deadlifts.
5. Give one day to each body park like:
-Monday for arms (biceps, triceps, forearms)
-Tuesday for shoulders
-Wednesday off
-Thursday for chest and back
-Friday for abs
-Saturday for legs and deadlifts
-Sunday off

One more suggestion : Avoid 2 straight off days but instead seperate them between 5 workout days.
