Your number 3 point is disgustingly sarcastic. There are reasons for Army of Pakistan not to fight other fronts and it does have to do with international pressure. You do sound very callous here.
Sure dead people are important. But criminals use this same tactics to divert Pakistani people from thinking outside the box created by criminals. They kill people, news gets out, people talk about it, more people get worried about it, they forget how to get their basic needs cared for by the government or politicians.
