I watched it. If anything, I agree with Sahar where I had great sympathy for King Kong the entire time throughout the movie and I cried at the end too when he was murdered. 
If anybody is villified in the movie, it’s the greedy white man.

Ya one thing I have to agree that why all jungly people have to be black in American movies. I loved the movie and all but when to think of it…its extremely biased of Americans to show backward human beings as always black people.

Last Samurai - white guy goes to japan, gets japanese woman, ends up being the last samurai........now just imagine it..........a white guy is the last samurai......you got to have some serious nerve to even pitch that as an idea, let alone make an entire movie about it. but it went over great, because america doesn't want to see a movie where there's a non-white hero.
Hidalgo - white guy goes over to arabia, gets arabian chick, wins contest, beats up all arab bad guys
Lord of the Rings - no non-white guys in the movie whatsoever.....the bad guys on the oliphants looked curiously similar to arabs
Kingdom of Heaven - white guy goes to Jerusalem and LOSES the war....and the entire movie is based on the LOSER's life...........and dont forget he gets busy with a arab lady also........my favorite part of the movie was where he is awarded a piece of land......the land looks dry and desolate and all the poor little arab kids are in a desparate situation...... the genius orlando bloom scratches his head and thinks to himself "i know what this place needs .........water!!!!!!!"
the next scene shows the land as fertile oasis with trees and gardens and all the little arab children dancing around happily.

esecallum neither m i blind or delusional (and u need to quit making personal attacks). Dude the remake of the movie has nuthin to do with it being racist. Maybe the first one was created in reference to it, but not the second one. Just becoz he showed few African Americans as being atrocious, doesnt mean hes being racist. Think of it like this, what does a color black overall represent. It represents sadness, evil, death. What about white now, its pure, goodness. So y cant u just take this movie in that sense rather than making it a sign of racism. He just used personification in his movie.
Heres another case in the movie, King Kong was black and the dinosaurs were white. So if he wanted to be racist here, he could have shown king kong as white and dinosaurs black. Another thing they only sacrificed females to King Kong. So when a crew came to their territory, that blond was the only chick there, so they ended up getting her. Maybe u havent noticed but they showed more skeleton necklaces in their movie on the ground (meaning there were more sacrifices, and i m sure there weren't any blondi gonna be there, so they prolly sacrficed one of the blacks). My point is white chick being sacrificed has nothing to do with it.
I get wht ur saying, but i m sure peter Jackson didnt make the movie to represent racism.
