Umm people .. these are hijabans.. and therefore I’ll take it for granted that they are living life by Islamic standards.. and being clean is a part of Islam..

maybe they were not told that according to Islam, females r prohibited to wear perfume when they go outside their house (i.e. anywhere they might be faced with na-mehram men)....
