I really need to focus on benadryl

used to the benadryl??
Well at times I would take it for a month continusly..like every night.
And yeah once I took it for 4 months straight and when I tried to come
off it, I kept feeling dizzy for around a week.
So don’t get hooked on it. I do take it a lot but would suggest you to be careful with it.

I feel like dieng on my bed .. but i Just can’t sleep.
if i go for sleeping pills would i get used to it …?

OMG, i am having the same problem except that its been 12 days now, I just stay awake and watch tv (and I hate watching tv) I just can't go to sleep before 5:30. its so frustrating. It happened to me before as well but this time i just can't take it.
