One of my missions in life is to travel the world and taste the different ways in which countries make chips. In Karachi outside the mall a man was selling spiced thickly cut french fries. The beauty of this was that they were actually soft, very hot but slighly crispy on the edges. The spice was just right and it gave me joy to be there eating this work of art. I usually drink a cold coke after I do something like this.

...don't forget to make a stop in Timbuktu...the chips that the guy sells in front of Timbuktu Square in Uptown Timbuktu is the best. they use shakarqand to make chips and that's the beauty. :D lemme know if you liked them :)**

agar chips hi khana maqsad hay to why to waste time in travelling around the world. Just get the recipies in Karachi or try some fast home deliveries :D

I want to be in Paris while Peire is making the chips. I want to taste the breeze of Italy as I watch Mario deep fry them. I want to be in Nepal feeling a little scared of the communists as Suresh cuts up the potato and throws them in a mixture of lemon and red hot peppers. I want to be there.

kayz, you are not coming? I am thinking of renting a cruise liner so we can fry the chips as we travel to different countries. On the plane they are strict about fire.
