Yes, I did Level C.
In Europe you will find IPMA certified PMs as well as those from PMI. So I wouldn’t really say one of them is more common than the other here.

I'm trying to persuade my company to pay for my PMP Exam. However, they're saying that they might be able to pay for the test itself but not the membership.
I guess i have to decide if it's worth the effort to make these idiots understand that the test itself costs more without the membership. LOL
