Ppl, 4 weeks this friday i decided i had just about had enough. Of my spots that is. Sick of creams, potions, lotions and bull i thought it was time i gave my diet a change.
To quit everything junk would be sinning itself so i decided to quit a little and keep a little. This leading to me BANNING myself from chips and coke Chips i would eat sometimes twice a day at odd hours of the day and everyday - coke was water for me I added fruit into my diet which i NEVER eat ( mainly apples and bananas ) and 2 litres of water min.
And MASHALLAH i am well on the way to recovery all in the space of four weeks. My skin is softer, i get muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh less spots and mainly scars now which are fading too i lost some extra fat too AND i feel muchhhhhhhhhhhhhh healthier ( less tired etc ).
So commmon - try ittttt - even if it doesn’t change your spots at least you’ll be living longer
:o…really?..i mean coke tau mein peeti hi ni…but a lot of choc and crisps…i guess i better start eating fruit and veg then……will tell u the results in few weeks time…
Code Red - exercise regularly?? cut down on junk food you DO eat ?? Every body is different so keep trying and see what works for you Either way eating healthy is always a plus regardless of whether it shows in your weight or not
shahreen, i don’t know Even though i have lost some extra fat i’m pretty much the same weight so not eating chips has not HUGELY affected my weight, i guess the continued consumption of pizzas, burgers, crisps and all other junk matter explains it

but u know wat i think that we r all diff, cos i hardly ever eat chips and drink fizzy drinks( dont like the stuff) i have water now and again and fruit every single day 2/3 portions yet im still getting spots and its ridiculous cos im like nearly 21!
