I need to satisfy my stomach

The monster is telling me I need to go into the kitchen right now an make myself some fish an chips along with some cake and tea tht my sister inlaw made earlier on…Feel like some toasted bagels with tuna Mayonnaise red onions and cheese. Ive had loads of chocolate already today so no craving sugar also might be due to the fact my sis in law put to much sugar in the custard earlier on I didn’t really enjoy it but I still finished it all off (the monster told me to:()… ummm crisps sounds good. prawn cocktail or cheese onion?

I’m becoming a motti I put on a whole stone with in weeks not a good thing. and suggestions on how to satisfy the stomach without craving all the delicious foods in the world. I’m not eating after 7pm also am drinking loads of water but its killing me man. I cant even get to sleep which is a bigger problem coz the longer I stay awake the hungrier I become

Check your sugar or blood test for pre-diabetes.

Google excessive hunger. Depression is one reason.

eat bigger breakfasts. that usually does it to shut down the big hunger pangs later in the day which happens because your blood sugar is dipping.

other than that, eat more whole grains, less simple and refined carbs. more fiber - fruits and veggies too. this will again help release glucose slowly into your blood stream from your intestines, rather than go into a sugar high followed by a crash and hunger pangs.

include sufficient quantities of protein, and healthy fats in your meals, else you will not feel full.

cofo wa you worry about.. eat whatever you want to.. just don't over eat to the point you get sick but enjoy your moment.. you can always go on a diet so what's the rush..

one thing that is really helping me* dese days is apple cider viniger.......tastes and smell horrible....but take 1-2 tsp and put it in half a cup of a juice.....pinch your nose and goble it down........it will feel sting and acidic in the throat but atleast you wont feel the taste...........:) *

drink this before every meal...like 5 mins before may be and you can also try drinking luke warm water before you eat as well to fill u up a bit so u don't eat a lot......... :)

also heard green tea supress the appatite.....so try that too......... :)

sweet cravings r due to insulin levels too. get ur sugar n insulin level tested. take 3 full, proper meals n three healthy snacks only. it will take a few days to train ur body but with consistent routine u can beat cravings. i feel when i stay almost hungry throughout the day i just crash down and eat junk. but the days i eat properly i feel much better

For the first time I ate porridge for breakfast today and ate fruit too. tomorrow am thinking of making stir fried vegetables. I just need to organize my day properly and eat 3 meals as apposed to 2 meals with loads of snacks in between. kair thank u everyone for ur input

at the end of the day it's about self control. if you are eating out of desire you will still convince yourself you're hungry and need to eat some more.

occupy yourself with something that keeps you engaged enough that you don't feel like you need to keep eating.

hey, i've been chewing the same piece of gum for like a year now. how's that for self control!

that's pretty good. add one vege smoothie, a fruit(berry) smoothie and a salad a day( u can go slowly, adding one thig at a time).these can b ur snacks. they r not that time taking either. they r healhy plus give feeing of fullness. if stll wanna have smehing green tea mosty always calms me down
