Rizwan Beyg just opened his own boutique in Zamzama, Karachi. Bege's used to have a website, beges.com, but it's been down for a while. I believe she's in Gulberg, Lahore. Karma has the website that was mentioned, and they have their boutique in Defence, Lahore, but they also opened Karma Pink, which is their lesser-priced collection (still expensive, though), and I believe that is in Gulberg, on Main Blvd.
