kiyon and the rent depends on which area of dubai you gonna live in. ghusais is 30k dirham a year, deira is a bit more expensive and if you wanna live in greens the premium area its around 50-65k and dubai marina is 75-125k

aisha in Ghusais the normal condition apartment is in about 40,000 ....and in burdubai n deira it'll be up to 50-55,000
