how do i beat this feeling of tiredness and sleepiness while am at work...? it starts at like 12pm and lasts till 5.30 pm.. which really is not good as i dont get much work done at all...

my new job is starting in 3 weeks.. i really really need a cure...

help pls :(

i had exam today and only slept 1 hour last night.....but amazingly dont feel that sleepy.......but i think i should sleep now cuz otherwise i might start getting moody due to lack of sleep :D
