How about Musical Chair (don't bundle the kids and the grown-ups together) or Intakshiri or maybe Truth or Dare (between the guy's and the girl's side)?
Chupkese - isn't kho kho the game where you run around outside? it's too cold here for that. plus i hate to run :p
phat-gurl - hmmm.. musical chairs might be silly and fun. thanks for the idea! Some sort of wedding antakshiri might be neat too. Truth or Dare could get a bit risque!
Well you dance till the music is stopped, for a few seconds everyone doesnt move untill the music is played again. The people who move are out while the last person remaining will be the winner! It is somewhat like musical chair.
1) I'm asking people to bring their stories about the bride and/or groom and will give a prize for the most entertaining story.
2) adapt games like Win, Lose, or Draw/Pictionary/Taboo for a wedding theme in particular
3) some sort of quiz about the groom (we're from the groom's side, so it will be mostly people who know him well) to see if its the parents or the friends/siblings that know him better.
I was watching Bridges tv and they have this show called He Said She Said.
You separate the couples and ask them questions like who can keep a secret better, what is each other’s favorite food, etc. Then you bring them together and see who has the most correct answers. This would be fun for the bride/groom too as they will find out info. about each other. Also surprising to see how many ppl who have been together for a long time get most of the answers wrong
