I need to write a dialogue for my literature class. The dialogue has to be between me and my Belief system (God, Nature, Science) about why things happen as they do. My belief system would be “Belief in God” and I would ask questions about why something happened (good or bad) and let “Belief in God” respond. I can play “Me” in this dialogue, would somebody with good knowledge of religion be willing to play “Belief in God”? I am really blank right now and can’t think of the answers to my own questions. This won’t take much long since my dialogue has to be atleast 300 words. This is what I have done so far:
Me: My belief in God has been shrinking lately.
Belief in God: How so?
Me: Where is God?
Belief in God: God is everywhere!
Me: If he is everywhere and capable of doing anything why does he not prevent war, famine, destruction and innumerable injustices in this world.
Belief in God: He does everything for a good reason.
Me: And why are those good reasons being kept secret from us?
Belief in God:
Hey Kodiak, Shikwa & Jawab-e-Shikwa are beautiful but too poetic (figurative). I find it difficult to express those verses in simple english. Thanks for sharing though!
