I need help ASAP!

I have burnt about 4 inches of a PVC window (don’t ask how I managed to do that) - Can I paint over it? It hasn’t been burnt completely but looks black and my land lady is gonna turn up anytime during this week (she needs to do maintenance work right under that window :frusty:- hye main mar jawaannnnn) Help me please. :frusty:

U shuld be able to get away with it by painting it very lightly in the exact white shade...

sorry thats a home improvement store where you can shop and also get advice from sales associates who are experts in these things. They will give you a great advice in this situation.

Can be done....you have to be sure that the paint you get will adhere to plastic and is intended for use on plastic, otherwise it will look like a mess. And use steel-wool or a barbeque grill brush on the surface to rough it up before you apply the paint. Good luck!

ps if all else fails, simly go to a large hardware store and purchase a slab of pvc to replace the burnt one...that may be easier in the long run than painting it anyway
