I need advice :(

Re: I need advice :frowning:

If I was his supervisor or above his current title, then of course I would be happy to share my knowledge with him and help him learn, because that is how we learn. I have just gotten my foot in the company and we are both at the same level, unfortunately I don’t possess the self-bragging skills he does. I am okay with him showing off the knowledge he knows and going above and beyond to impress the boss but not at my expense. He needs to focus on his job and training instead of trying to get a handle on my job responsibilities so he can look like an all rounder. No one appreciates that. The corporate world is very cut-throat. You have to find a way to get your name out there and have to be very diplomatic and political.
