^ 1 hour for a typical VCD quality video is usually around 700-800 MB (around 1600 kbps). Thats why to share it on the internet its best to down-convert it to 512 kbps.
Here's a comparision chart (kbps : Kilo Bits Per Second)
DVD quality: 4000-6000 kbps
VCD quality: 1200-1600 kbps
Youtube quality: 300-340 kbps
I usually recommend people 512 kbps, its just slightly better than youtube.

OKay do this then. This should work.
If you have enough hard drive space, copy the AVSEQ01.DAT movie to your hard drive, then rename the file suffix from .DAT to .MPG Now if you double click on the AVSEQ01.MPG movie it will automatically launch your default MPEG1 movie player (Windows Media Player or QuickTime 5 player).
Also, now you should be able to upload the file, use IMEEM if you have high speed ...
what is the size of the file
The file is 192072KB
And I think it opens with the creative zen media player...I think thats for my mp3 player.It used to open with msn media player before, but the voice prblem was there.

I cannot save it, it says copy to creative zen, thats itand there is a rename icon, no saving one
