Gucci I mame them but idon;t usually add noodles. You ccan add a bit to make the filling stick and not fall out when u take a bite. So if u like u can add some boiled chopped up noodles to the filling. This is how I make mine.
Add a little oil and salt and cook minced meat till the liquid is dry. Add some chinese salt too. Once cooked and dried add chopped(small) onions, finely shredded cabbage, scallion, salt if u need more for the filling, black pepper and a little soy sauce and cook till the liquid from the veges is dry again. Sprinkle with some shredded carrots which should just turn tender in the steam, no need to cook further.
Now either prepare the batter and make ur own pastry or then use chinese rice wrappers. The home made batter is crisp from the outside and a little soft from the inside, I absolutely love it but it takes time and makes a mess. The readymade ones however are easier to prepare, very crispy and can be frozen. Seal the wrapping with whipped eggwhite not some flour/water glue that some people use. Deep fry and devour ![]()
