Get a Macbook Air if you are comfortable with OSX or an Ultrabook like Asus Zenbook UX31E for Windows 7

They've made the Pro much lighter now, Sahar. Best would be for you to go to the Apple Store and spend some time with both machines and figure out how much you really need in your laptop. There is a huge price difference between the 2.

That's what I thought too but the 13" Pro is only a little mroe than the 13" Air. Tho Hubby things the Pro is not necessary.

Sahar, I would also suggest getting a mac. It is far superior than other laptops out there.
Now getting a pro or Air depends on your usage. Macbook pro is a power house machine as it is made for professionals. If you are doing lots of editing and high level gaming then pro would be better. I have a 17 inch pro and while it is great I don’t carry it around with me.
The Macbook Air is really best for portability and it is still very powerful, great for multitasking and things such as word processing, browsing the internet etc etc. It does not have a dvd/cd drive but I don’t see it as a big issue anyways.
If you take your laptop out a lot like school or work place then I would highly recommend macbook air. It is a beauty!!

Btw, get Macs if you like the customer service experience (live close by to an apple store) and like the build of the machine. Don't get fooled by whole OS X is better than Win 7, because it ain't and in fact, Win 7 is better in some respects compared to OS X (has gestures but win 7 doesn't if you are into those). In fact, my win 7 computer hasn't crashed (apple to apple) using the same stuff I do on OS X while running SSD. My OS X has frozen and crashed couple of times just in the past month (it does happen) and has had two SSD replacements, so don't be too hyped about Apple.
