you got me with that link, but yeah, it is a sarota. It realy does not have to be a sarota, you know some kinda cutter you put miswak in, and just cut a piece of it, everyday, something small… Im pretty sure there are tools out there like that…

oh, and to the knife comment, NO, it takes a long time, and is a hassle.

I do in the morning, but all throughout the day, I use miswak, it is better for your teeth and gums.

Oh...I never knew that, the first time I tried Miswak was when I was like 8 years old and my teeth turned yellow, I haven't used it since...:D
