I missed my period for the month of oct. and nov. Can any1 tell me what might be wrong. Now this month i got my period.

lots of things can cause it- hormone imbalances, stress, gaining or losing weight.

it's actually fairly common and i don't think it's usually a cause for a concern. if it's happening on a really regular basis though, talk to your doctor to make sure there isn't some underlying disorder.

^No it does not prove pregnancy.

Like it is said above, some irregularity is not uncommon. Many reasons for that.

dont worry it happened with me once and now its fine the reason was i was gaining weight.
