I made too much fish...

So now what shall I do with it? Reheated fish is always a little odd.

It’s tilapia, lightly seasoned and fried. Any suggestions?

Make fish cutlets. Boil potatoes, mash them, crumble fish, mix the mixture and make cutlets. You can freeze them. Pan fry as needed.

My mom takes left-over chicken and shreds it. Then she fries it with really finely chopped onion and black pepper...and makes stuffed pastries. You can try that with the fish.

You can use it in soup, salads, sandwiches, etc.
