nice summary as to why Pakistan is behind. I'm humbled by your assessment.....obviously you are an expert in that arena.
fortunately I only acted in the arena in which I have some related expertise......the forum.

The website was related to desi fashion, as its called Desi Rawaj so why would I post it in the tech section? I know of only Pakistan mainly from the tech side. You are a hater, and would rather see fellow Pakistani people fail than do better.
