first of all aslam o alikum to all members and modraters.
i m married last six years but i still not able to b a dad
it is my fault during last six years i only consertate in my business which is totally mind job not fiscally thats why only tension and more tension and i put lot of weight reson becaue no excerise and also neglect my wife not fully but most of time but i think she fed up know and left me alone then i feel i made a big mistake.
now i want to checkup my self please suggest me any good dr because i never want to go hakeem and any other.
i have one problem wich is P.E but only firt time in second time i am ok but my wife have lot issue with me first issue is it feel very pain still after six years and second when i got orgasam she feel buring in vergina and not got orgasom and thired some time she feel headache and when we in bed he not corporate full it is all my fault because i made a big mitake and cant try to win her love but now i relize but she left me alone i apologies her and say i m on very big mistake but i think i m too late in six yers most of time she told me that she got orgasm dont need second time she lie me because i felt she not got it. but pain and burning i leave her becaue i love her that why i cant heart her and prefer doing wrong things for my satisfaction(musterbution) please help my i love her very much i dont live without her. suggest me which is best and drusted drocter who help me. i am very much thank full to all in advance…

start with a visit to a general practitioner/family doctor. yourself AND wife.
In addition, if she doesn't already, take wife to OBGYN for a pelvic exam.
No offense but get yourself and wife tested for STD's.
dyspareunia (painful intercourse) is a real problem and can have multiple reasons for both males and females ... including emotional disconnect/lack of arousal. Issues stemming from a physical cause can be addressed (lubricating gels, antibiotics if infection etc...) rather easily. Emotional issues ... well you can get help from counselors/psychiatrist but the real work will come from the two of you reconnecting again.

lol. Please avoid giving expensive advises due to so much inflation in Pakistan. He should eat quails, goat's feet and it's testicles (common name TAKKA TUK) rather then trying those expensive stuff and i am sure the above mentioned food will even burn him up.
