Shireen, depends on what you are looking for...
there are tons of shopping areas and malls.. i suggest York Ville in Toronto, Square One, Eaton Centre, Yorkdale(not bad, its alright) the fashion hub is on Younge and Bloor :)
are you looking for anything specific?

i m going to visit my sis, she just came from Pak, with her family this month.She is new there so dunno any places.And i planned not to bring any gifts for my lil nieces and nephews .... shopping wahan say karwaoo gi un ko...takay size prob na ho... i am just bringing PS2 along me....

so 1st i wanna know some kids stores and than some shoe stores, coz my sis luv shoes....

^ ..you said you would be staying in scarborough - there's Scarborough Town Centre - it's got a lot of good stores. You could go downtown to the Eaton Centre - you can spend a whole day there, and still have stores left over.

Are you going to be doing any sightseeing as well?

well for the sightseeing you could go to CN Tower - of course… the weather’s still chilly so not a lot of stuff is open.
you could go to the science centre - btw, did anyone check out their cadavers exhibit?
and of course there’s the toronto zoo, we’re you’ll happen to meet quite a lot of guppies so that just might be your best bet
