I think I almost value sleep more than anything else !!!
Basically stems from having had erratic hours and messed up sleep patterns due to the nature of my job , so that even if I take a day off I’d rather spend it in bed than go out or do anything …just to catch up on my sleep.
So what surprises me is when some people say that they ONLY sleep 3-4 hours per day ?
How do you guys function on so little sleep ? Does it not affect your performance/productivity during the day ?**
ohhh yes , it does reduce productivity ... I remember i used to have a really hectic schedule , I would go to work , but always feared the meetings coz i ended up sleeping in strange places !!!
i HATE sleeping without need...mine is always 'need based' meaning whenever i get tired, i take a nappy :) i never sleep longer than 5 hours a night :)
